Deliveries
Under normal circumstances goods will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order (excluding weekends), however during busy periods this may take a little longer. Should we find that there is likely to be a delay of more than 48 hours for whatever reason, we will contact you and advise accordingly.
For urgent requirements please call us prior to placing an order to ensure that we can meet your delivery deadline. Single AutoSock orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class with the option of a signed for courier service. Multiple AutoSock orders and snowchain orders will be dispatched via a parcel carrier which will need to be signed for upon delivery. When placing an order please ensure that you are able to sign for the goods at the time of delivery, otherwise please specify a different delivery address where a signature can be obtained.
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Please note that we can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods delivered to an address other than that registered to your credit / debit card. Please inspect all consignments on delivery. Should you find that your goods are damaged in any way, please sign for as ‘Damaged’ to enable us to make a claim against the carrier.
Delivery Charge Guide
For orders of less than 1.25kg (e.g. 1 pair of AutoSock’s for cars & 4x4’s)
All of UK (Inc. Northern Ireland)
- Standard Royal Mail 1st Class = £3.50
- Courier service / Special delivery = £6.95
For Republic of Ireland and rest of Europe:
- Royal Mail Surface mail = £13.50
For orders over 1.25kg up to 10kg (e.g. 1 pair of car or 4x4 snowchains)
UK mainland only:
- Parcel carrier (signature required) = £6.95
- For UK Highlands & Islands (Approx. 3-5 days delivery)
- Parcel carrier (signature required) = £15.95

For heavier consignments including multiple AutoSock and snowchain orders, the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on the total consignment weight.

In the event that you need to return your goods for whatever reason, please contact us first to ensure that a return or refund is eligible and in accordance with our normal terms and conditions.
