Delivery Times
We will endeavour to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends), however during busy periods this may take a little longer. Should we find that there is likely to be a delay with despatch of more than 48 hours for whatever reason, we will contact you and advise accordingly.
If you have an urgent requirement which must be delivered by a specific date, please call us prior to placing an order to ensure that we can meet your delivery deadline. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
Deliveries to UK Mainland
Single AutoSock orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery with the option of upgrading to a Next Day parcel carrier service.
Multiple AutoSock and snowchain orders will be dispatched via a Next Day parcel carrier and goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. When placing an order please ensure that you are able to sign for the goods at the time of delivery, otherwise please specify a different delivery address where a signature can be obtained. However, in certain circumstances we may be able to instruct the carrier to leave the goods at a specified location without a signature, but please be aware that this will invalidate any insurance offered by the carrier in the event of a loss.
All of our UK mainland shipments are sent via a Next Day parcel carrier, but please allow 2-3 days for delivery during busy periods. Deliveries via parcel carrier will be made Mon – Fri only (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders despatched on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. For orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday we will endeavour to despatch the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Deliveries to the rest of the UK, ROI and Europe
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, ROI, UK Islands and Highlands and other European destinations, shipping times will vary between 3-5 days from the date of despatch. Shipping costs can be obtained from ‘My Basket’ prior to completing the order form. Please check with us for urgent or time sensitive demands.
International Deliveries
For any delivery requirements outside of Europe, please fill out our contact form with full details of your enquiry and we will be happy to provide appropriate delivery costs.
General Disclaimer
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods delivered to an address other than that registered to your credit / debit card. Please inspect all consignments on delivery and ensure that you have received the correct goods against your order. Any incorrect items should be advised of immediately on receipt as exchanges can take up to 7 days to resolve. Should you find that your goods are damaged in any way, please sign for as ‘Damaged’ to enable a claim to be made against the carrier.
Goods despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service provides proof of collection and delivery but does not carry insurance to cover loss or damage. To upgrade to a fully insured service, please select our parcel carrier option.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you need to return your goods for whatever reason, please contact us first to ensure that a return or refund is eligible and in accordance with our normal terms and conditions. Returns are to be made at customers cost unless goods have been delivered in error by the company.
