Terms and Conditions
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all quotations are given, and orders accepted, subject to the following Conditions of Sale. Brindley Chains Ltd is hereafter known as the company.

Title of Goods
Pursuant to provisions of section 19 of the sale of goods Act 1979 property in the goods the subject matter of any contract for sale entered into by you with the Company will not pass to you until you have paid for the goods in full.

Delivery Dates
Delivery Dates are given in good faith, based on workload at the time of quoting and should be confirmed at the time of ordering, but the Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Validity
Quotations are valid for a period of 60 days unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Customers are entitled to cancel an order at any time prior to shipping and no costs will be incurred by the customer. However, for goods that have already been shipped prior to cancellation, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the delivery charge and any subsequent costs for the safe return of the goods to the Company.
If for whatever reason a product needs to be returned for a refund, other than for a warranty claim, the goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt or we regret that a refund will not be granted. Refunds will be granted on goods only and not on shipping costs.

Warranty
All goods supplied are guaranteed against defective design, or manufacture for a period of 12 months from the date of despatch. If such defect is notified within the guarantee period, the Company undertakes to repair or replace the item at its discretion. Liability is limited to the affected item, and does not include consequential loss , however caused.
Where the Company supplies and fits items manufactured by another company, then the Warranty offered by the Manufacturer of the item will apply, and the Company does not accept any responsibility over and above the Warranty.

Law
Contracts between the purchaser and the Company shall be governed by the Laws of England, and be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts
